What are the ingredients of your cookies?

All our products are made with high-quality ingredients, without preservatives and always fresh.

In our products you can find some or all of the following ingredients (listed in no specific order):

Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.

At Simply Cookies Bake House we do our best to avoid cross-contamination; however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.

Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy, so we are not an allergen-free environment.

That’s why we attend certain events in other cities around the country.

Because of that, pick-up and shipping dates may vary.

We recommend checking the description of each cookie or product, or visiting our Home page to confirm available pick-up/shipping days and upcoming events.

How can I preserve your cookies?

Our cookies can be kept in their original, well-sealed package for up to 1 week.

To enjoy them warm and soft in the center, heat them in the microwave (10 seconds) or, preferably, in a preheated oven at 350°F / 180°C for 5–8 minutes.

For longer storage, freeze them in the same sealed package inside an airtight container for up to 2 months.

To reheat, place frozen cookies (out of the package) in a 350°F / 180°C oven for 8–10 minutes, until warm throughout.

Why can’t I order just one cookie?

Our minimum cookie order is 4 units.

Our handmade process requires a significant investment of time and ingredients, so this minimum helps us maintain efficiency and quality.

Do you make local deliveries?

At this time, we do not offer delivery service.

What are your shipping and pick-up days and times?


  • Shipping: Every Monday (USA & Puerto Rico)

  • Pick-up: Every Friday, 12 PM – 6 PM

By placing an order, you understand that all weekly menu orders (Saturday–Thursday) will be processed on Friday and shipped on Monday.

Dates may vary if we attend an event — check our Home page or product descriptions for updates.

Where are you located?

We do not have a physical store yet.

Orders can be placed through our online store with shipping available.

Pick-up locations and details are announced in the product descriptions.

Holiday Shipping Disclaimer

The holidays are wild! Once your box is with the carrier, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Best move: order early!

Each cookie is heat-sealed to stay fresh during shipping and everyday life.


  • Room temperature: Up to 2 weeks

  • Frozen: Best within 2–3 months

Address Accuracy

We don’t modify your address — shipping labels are generated exactly as entered at checkout.

If incorrect information leads to a lost or returned package, we cannot offer a refund.

Want it reshipped? No problem — a new shipping fee will apply.

Porch Pirates & Delivery Oopsies

If your package is marked “Delivered” but disappears, we can’t refund or replace it.

For safe delivery, choose a UPS Access Point or a secure address.

If the carrier misdelivers, we’ll help with a claim, but we can’t assume responsibility once it leaves our hands.

Delays, Handling & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is with UPS or USPS, it’s out of our hands.

Delays may happen due to weather, reroutes, or holidays.

We don’t offer refunds, reships, or store credit for carrier delays.

If your order is lost, we’ll help you file a claim — no guarantees on outcome.

While we offer flat-rate shipping, some addresses (remote areas, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes) are not covered.

Local Pick-up

Pick up your order every Friday from 12 PM to 6 PM.

The exact address is provided after checkout and listed under each product.

If you forget or miss your pick-up, we’ll contact you to reschedule after the Friday window closes.

If your order isn’t picked up within 2 weeks, it will be discarded without refund.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or phone (check your contact info carefully!).

When Do We Ship?

We bake fresh every week based on our rotating menu, which drops every Friday at 3 PM (ET).

All orders ship the following Monday, because good things take time (and butter).

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we can’t control transport and storage conditions once delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
